Shipping Policy

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Krejova currently offers fixed shipping options at checkout: Economy Shipping $9.98, Standard Shipping $14.98, and Express Shipping $19.98. Orders of $59.99 USD or more may qualify for free Economy Shipping when the free-shipping promotion is available and applied at checkout.

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are accurate before placing your order.

Most orders ship from cross-border fulfillment partners in China and are delivered through international logistics and local carrier partners. Tracking information is sent by email after your order ships when tracking is available.

Shipping rates and available options may vary by destination, product, order value, and carrier availability. If a delivery estimate is shown at checkout or in a tracking email, it is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Cross-border shipments may be inspected by customs authorities. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and similar charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
